If you browse through this website and look at, print, and download forms, publications, and general information, no personally identifying information about you is revealed or recorded. Benefits Calculators
Any information you provide to make benefit calculations is maintained to the extent necessary to make the calculation. Once you obtain a result no information is collected or kept by FPPA. Any and all calculations given are estimates ONLY and subject to an audit.

Depending on the purpose of your email, FPPA staff will use the information you provide to respond appropriately and maintain necessary copies of your email. This may be done by responding to you through email, regular mail or by telephone; or by addressing issues you identify. FPPA does not provide personal account information via email. FPPA is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties to personal information you reveal in your email messages. Email communications between you and FPPA are not protected by encryption or other security measures

The information we receive from your visit depends on the services you use and the information you provide while at this website. FPPA is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the personal information to the extent recognized by law. Personal history/information is not sold, and will not be distributed to unaffiliated third parties, except as required by law. To the extent that FPPA is required to disclose information, FPPA is not responsible for any third party's use of such information. All information is used exclusively by FPPA to perform its duties and obligations as a retirement system.
