· Income potential: $80,000 – $100,000+ per year
· Guaranteed hourly safety net & performance based pay, with uncapped commissions!
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems (water, sewer, gas)
· Perform installations, repairs, and system inspections with a high level of quality and care
· Identify system concerns, performance issues, and safety risks, then clearly explain findings to clients
· Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options to help homeowners make informed decisions
· Evaluate full plumbing systems in the home and educate clients on improvements and solutions
· Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication and professionalism
· Document all work accurately for invoicing and client records
· Follow all company processes, safety standards, and applicable plumbing codes
· At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience
· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
· Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to present options clearly and honestly
· A proven ability to build trust and deliver a great client experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing development
· Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
