Maintenance Technician

Bobbees is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual for our Maintenance Technician.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

• Plans budget and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates
• Purchase spare parts
• Working with control systems - low voltage controls, relays, PLCs, troubleshooting
• electronics
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance on equipment
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Issue POs for items purchased.
• Develop cost reduction ideas
• Have or build relationships with shops to support this field (machine shops, fabricators, welders, etc.)
• Process technology improvements

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

• Prior experience working with control systems - low voltage controls, relays, PLCs, and troubleshooting electronics.
• Licensed Electrician with solid understanding of industrial electricity
• A passion for working on/building machines or construction projects
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, serving customers and working on deadlines.
• Customer/Client focus
• Communication proficiency
• Project management
• Problem solving/analysis skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma required
• 5 years experience in a Maintenance Technician position
